Crystal came out for regular preventative sprays and baiting. She did a great job, was very flexible with how we could pay her, was very friendly, and let us know if she had to reschedule. She guaranteed her work when she dealt with the wasps(?), which she always told us if we had a problem between visits to call her and she'd re-spray. We never had to call.
